1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aniza Jewels website (anizajewels.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.

We take every care to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are entirely error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

3. Orders and Payment

Aniza Jewels accepts the following payment methods:

• —Cash on Delivery (COD)
• —Bank transfer (Meezan Bank)
• —EasyPaisa
• —NayaPay

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in product information or pricing.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• —Delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners
• —Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters
• —Public holidays or strike actions
• —Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations
• —Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
• —Force majeure events

Aniza Jewels shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by delivery delays, whether arising from the actions of third-party delivery partners or any other circumstances outside our direct control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order value and location. Free delivery is offered on orders above PKR 3,000 within Pakistan.

5. Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Earrings are excluded from exchanges for hygiene reasons. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for full details on how to initiate an exchange.

We do not offer cash refunds unless an item arrives defective or significantly different from its description.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product photographs — is the property of Aniza Jewels and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan:

• —Aniza Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
• —Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
• —We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to jewelry materials. Please review our material descriptions and consult a medical professional if you have known metal allergies.
• —We are not liable for loss or damage caused by courier or logistics partners once an item has been handed to the delivery service.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action.
